- 8 oz Almond Milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- Handfull of Ice
- 1 Scoop of Coconut Protein
- 2 Scoop of Young Living’s Pure Protein Complete
Mix all ingredients in blender or other mixer, if its too thick add more liquid, not thick enough, toss in more ice or another 1/2 frozen banana or some chia seeds!
We use a ninja bullet and I really like it!
